Mary Skalsky Engelhardt:
Mary Skalsky Engelhardt: Mary entered the Executive Board of Michigan Career Development
Association in spring 2000 as Elementary/Secondary School Counselor Representative.
Fall 2001 she resurrected the NCDA Poster
and Poetry Contest for the state of Michigan and has continued as Coordinator for
the state of Michigan since that time.
Mary is proud that many Michigan Poster
and Poetry entries have won at the national level. Mary has her Master of Arts in
Counseling (August, 1996) and her specialization in Advanced Career Counseling (September,
2000) from Oakland University. This past February, 2009 she completed the Global
Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification process at Oakland University.
Mary served as President of MCDA in 2005-2006
and has acted as Interim President of MCDA 2007-2008, 2008-2009 and 2009- 2010!
Mary is a Licensed Professional Counselor
and a certified teacher with a K-12 counseling endorsement in the state of Michigan.
She is very involved in the Association of Michigan School Counselors (AMSC) and
Michigan Career Technical Counselor Network (MCTCN).
She offers Supervision to LLPC’s who
are completing their 3000 hours to become LPC’s in the state of Michigan.

Nannette McCleary Shaw:

|
|
Nannette McCleary Shaw:
Ms. Shaw has been a member of MCDA for 15 years and her current role is
Treasurer.
She has held past positions of: Conference
Planning Committee, Post-Secondary Representative, Secretary, President-Elect,
President, and Past-President.
Nannette holds a B.S. in Human Resource
Development from Oakland University and a M.A. from Oakland University. She is
also a Licensed Professional Counselor (State of Michigan).
Nannette is also qualified/certified for Step
I, MBTI. Ms. Shaw is currently a University Counselor III for Wayne State
University.
Her areas of expertise are targeted job search
campaigning, career motivation, MBTI, using and understanding employment trends.
Nannette is also a member of National Career
Development Association (NCDA), American Counseling Association (ACA), Michigan
Counseling Association (MCA), Detroit Association of Psychological Type (DAPT),
and Michigan College Personnel Association (MCPA).

Marsha Boettger :
|
|
|
Marsha Boettger: Marsha
has been a member of both the Michigan and National Career Development Associations
for more than 25 years. She has served MCDA as President Elect, President, Past
President, Board Member and Conference Chair.
She is currently serving MCDA as the
Business and Industry and MCA Governing Council Representative.
She is currently serving NCDA as Board
Member and Treasurer. She also serves on several other Boards including the Oakland
University Adult Career Counseling Center Advisory Board.
She is a past Board Member and Director
of the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan.
Marsha received her MBA from the Michigan
State University Executive MBA Program (EMBA), her MA in Guidance and Counseling
with a Post-Graduate Specialization in Career Counseling and her BA in Sociology
from Oakland University.
She is a State of Michigan Licensed
Professional Counselor (LPC).
Marsha has presented workshops and programs
for a variety of organizations including the ACA, MCA, NCDA, MCDA, ASTD, Linkage,
Oakland University and Wayne State University Alumni Associations and has served
as an Adjunct Faculty Member and Guest Lecturer.
Her current areas of interest are the
global workforce, workforce development, career management, career development in
business and labor market forecasts and trends.
Marsha’s career spanned more than 32
years with Chrysler. She served in a variety of management positions in Human Resources,
Quality, Training and Development.
She designed and implemented Chrysler’s
organizational career development process and career center.
Since retiring from Chrysler, she has
been pursuing a variety of professional interests in consulting, counseling and
coaching.

Amy Kienast Linderman:
|
|
|
Amy Kienast Linderman: Amy has been a member of MCDA for five years
and currently serves as Director of Business Relations.
Amy holds a B.S. from the University
of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification and
a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Certification.
She most recently held the position
as Director of Career Services and now serves as National Director of Business Relations
at Michigan Institute of Aviation and Technology.
Her areas of expertise are networking,
business-education relations, resume development, job searching skills, and event
planning.
She is also a member of National Career
Development Association (NCDA), Greater Ann Arbor Society of Human Resource Management
(GASHRM), President of Yankee Ladies (Women in Aviation International chapter),
and a member of several area Chamber of Commerce and industry-related organizations.

|
Sara Horace: Sara has
been a member of MCDA for fifteen years and currently serves as MCDA Military Representative
and MCA Governing Council Alternate.
She has held past positions of: Past-President,
President-Elect, Conference Planning Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee.
Sara holds a Certificate of Advanced
Studies from the State University of the State of New York-New Paltz, M.P.A. from
John Jay College of Criminal Justice and M.Ed from Mississppi State University.
Sara is employed as the Education Services
Specialist for the U.S. Army, Great Lakes Recruiting Battalion.
Her areas of expertise include career
assessment and interpretation, program manager, career consulting/advisor, outreach
services and Army education programs.
She is a member of ACA, NCDA, ACEG,
ACTE, MCA, MCDA, AMSC, MASSP, and NACW-Lansing Chapter.

Kelly Miller: Kelly
has been a member of MCDA for three years and currently serves as Post-Secondary
Representative and Interim Secretary.
Kelly holds a M.A. in Professional Counseling
from Central Michigan University and is an LLPC, State of Michigan.
Ms. Miller is employed as an Academic
Counselor for the University of Michigan-Flint and her areas of expertise are career
assessment administration and interpretation, interviewing skills, and resume development.
Kelly is also a member of National Career
Development Association (NCDA), American Counseling Association (ACA), and Michigan
Counseling Association (MCA).
